*イランでのヒト患者の初報告例は1999年。以後急増中
*致死率は報告によりばらつきがある。軽症例もかなり多い
**ケースシリーズの症例報告年代が古いほど、総症例数が少ないほど、致死率は高い（20-60%）
**ケーズシリーズの症例報告年代が新しいほど、総症例数が多いほど、致死率は低い（3-19%）
